🦔 30 Hedgehogs in 30 Days Challenge 🦔
30 Hedgehogs was a daily painting challenge created during September 2024: 30 hedgehogs, painted in around 30 minutes each, over 30 days.

Full of fun, cuteness and character, this whimsical collection brings together a variety of hedgehog artworks, shown in different poses and alongside seasonal British wildflowers.

The project was inspired by my love of hedgehogs and my time working at a wildlife rescue, where hedgehogs were one of the main animals being cared for. Winter is a crucial time for hedgehog rescue and rehabilitation, so the 10% donation from art sales helps support wildlife centres caring for injured, orphaned and vulnerable hedgehogs and other wildlife at this challenging time.

Each original artwork is inspected and carefully wrapped and securely packaged before being cleared for dispatch.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the artwork so I can help resolve the issue with you.

Open with care and handle your artwork with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the painted surface. Ideally use cotton gloves for added safety.
Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight and moisture, strong heat sources and sudden temperature changes.
If framing, use good quality materials and UV-protective glazing where possible.
Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use water, cleaners, or solvents on the artwork.

With simple care, your painting will retain its colour, surface and character for years to come.

10% of every art sale is donated to local wildlife rescue and rehabilitation work.

Independent wildlife rescue centres do an extraordinary amount of work, often with limited funding and constant operational demands. Their work is not only caring for injured, orphaned or vulnerable animals; it is also about the running of the centre itself, supporting and training staff and volunteers, managing supplies and keeping everything operational with each seasonal demand.

Having spent time working with a local wildlife rescue I know from direct experience how much care and commitment this takes. Supporting these centres is one small way my artwork can give something back to the wildlife, habitats and people who continue to inspire it.
