
Delivery & Returns

Delivery to the UK:
Postage cost is £3.50 or free delivery on all orders over £80.
I aim to pack and send orders within 7 working days.
All orders are sent through Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched I will send you an email confirmation letting you know it is on the way.
Delivery to the rest of the world:
At the moment I only deliver to the UK through my website. But if you are outside the UK and would like to place an order you can do so through my Etsy shop here.
Returns
Returns and Refund Policy:
If there is an issue with your order, or something has gone wrong, Nicola will help resolve this with you immediately and will do everything we can to make it right. Please reach out via email or the contact page so we can find a solution together.
Every original artwork and print is inspected with great care and attention before clearing for shipment and only pristine artworks are packaged for you to enjoy. We are not liable for goods once they are is the posession of the collector and is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. Compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchadise has been dispatched.
It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description before purchase. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
We honour a 30 day returns policy on eligible products. To be elible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Originals are not eligable for refunds. All original purchases are final.
All return fees are to be covered by the customer. As per United Kingdoms consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise will return shipment be paid by the studio.

Returns will need to be made within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Postage for returned goods will be paid by the customer. Please remember to obtain proof of postage, as I won’t be able to accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items provided they are in a saleable condition.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom made products (including custom sized prints and/or commissioned paintings)
Damaged Items:
If your parcel arrives damaged, then please send me an email at
hello@nicolakingart.co.uk along with details and photos of the damage so I can sort it out for you as soon as possible!
